Dear OSU Band Friends, Parents, and Alums!

We hope to enlist your help on Saturday, October 25th when we will be hosting the OSU Marching Band Championships (OSUMBC) at Reser Stadium. We will host 23 high school bands from Oregon and Washington that day. The OSU Band will also perform in the afternoon and the evening.

Our students run the entire show from parking, to security, to judges’ care. We are hoping that you would be able to help us that day during the times when the OSU Band is warming up and getting ready to perform. This offers you the opportunity to see how our students operate up close and to enjoy two great performances by the OSU Marching Band.

If you can help please register below and we will then get in touch with you with all the details!

On the day of the event, you will enter Reser Stadium via gates on the south side of the stadium. Your name will be on the gate list which will allow free admission into the stadium. At the gates, just ask one of our students for directions to the pressbox and we'll get you set up with your job. Also we'll feed you lunch and dinner with our students.

The OSU Band will perform at approximately 345p and 900p, you will be able to watch both performances.
